ONLINE: Tahitian Terrace-Inspired Dinner with Marcy Carriker Smothers

Presented by Marcy Carriker Smothers, author of Eat Like Walt: The Wonderful World of Disney Food

Welcome to the wondrous realm of Polynesia...the Tahitian Terrace! Here Walt Disney has opened the portals to an enchanting island world across the blue Pacific...a world of romance, beauty, and exciting entertainment!

The Tahitian Terrace was a popular restaurant in Disneyland from 1962- 1993. Nestled behind Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room, the Terrace was a sit-down restaurant with a dinner show featuring grass-skirted dancers and barefooted fire walkers. The menu was partly inspired by Walt Disney's visits to the South Pacific.

During this Bowers Online Exclusive presentation, Marcy will demonstrate how to prepare a few of the restaurant's classics: Pineapple Polynesian Ribs, Green Salad with Tahitian Terrace Ginger Dressing, and Tahitian Terrace Punch. Cook alongside Marcy with recipes being emailed to ticketholders two weeks prior to the event date!
