School of Jewelry Arts
• Beatrice Del Favero, Art Historian, Director of Culture &

The history of brooches reflects the social and technical evolution of humanity. The utilitarian and functional aspect will be lost in favor of an ornamental role: decorated with precious stones, brooches will express the wealth and power of their wearers. With a big return today, like a real sculpture or an object of fashion, the brooch will not stop surprising you!

Presented by L’ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts, supported by Van Cleef & Arpels.
Open to all, L’ÉCOLE’s mission is to share jewelry culture with the widest possible audience.
Founded in 2012 with the support of Van Cleef & Arpels, L’ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts offers an exclusive program, revolving around three main themes: savoir-faire, history of jewelry, and the universe of gemstones.
