Bowers' Books for Kids: Storytime in the Galleries

Join audiovisual storyteller Dr. Gloria Arjona as she reads from her new book, The Story of Selena Quintanilla: A Biography Book for New Readers, and sings. This event is held, in part, in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month. Dr. Arjona will also have copies of her book available for purchase! 

Ticketed Event: Free with General Admission to the Museum: Free for children under 12; $15 General, $12 Students/Seniors.

Bowers' Books for Kids: Storytime in the Galleries is held every last Saturday of the month. Children ages 3 -11 will enjoy story book reading in the galleries followed by a simple, fun art project. This series is hosted by the Bowers Museum's Docent Guild with special appearances by local authors on select dates.
