Held every last Saturday of the month, Storytime in the Galleries includes free copies of each author’s book for the first 35 to RSVP (during months with guest authors) and free General Admission to the galleries for the first 35 participants to arrive at each event. Reading in the galleries will be followed by a simple, fun art project that kids will love.

Sundays with Abuelita is a picture memoir inspired by author Teresa Verduzco’s own immigration story. It describes a day making memories with her abuelita in a quaint village in Mexico, while waiting to reunite with her mother in the United States.
