Join Dr. Thomas Levy, UCSD's Kershaw Chair in the Archaeology of Ancient Israel and Neighboring Lands, and Dr. William Schniedewind, UCLA's Kershaw Chair of Ancient Eastern Mediterranean Studies, as they each present their current research on the topic followed by a conversation and Q&A with the audience.
This event is part of a new distinguished lectures series, Archaeology of the Biblical Lands, which is made possible through a generous bequest by Norma Kershaw (1924-2020).
