Join Timeless Melodies historian Larry Maurer to find out why composing duo Richard Rodgers and Larry Hart were essential to America’s music history. Every year, over 4,000 productions of Richard Rodgers’ musicals are presented around the world. For 23 years, his professional partner was Larry Hart, whose brilliant, funny, and heartbreaking lyrics were a perfect marriage for Rodgers’ melodies. Rodgers’ talent and Hart’s genius gave us some of the most unforgettable songs.
