For Bowers Members Only: A Book Club Experience

Books at Bowers: Touring Through the Pages is a Bowers Docent Guild-sponsored book club that pairs a topical book with a museum art experience.

Join us for a thrilling discussion of The Art Thief, the true story of Stéphane Breitwieser’s decade-long spree stealing over 200 museum treasures estimated at nearly $2 billion for his private collection. Described by Kirkus Reviews as “a compelling read” with the pace of a great suspense tale, this book explores obsession, beauty, and crime. After the discussion, enjoy a themed tour of First Look and a festive holiday reception in John M. Lee Court with refreshments hosted by the Docent Book Club Committee.

Tickets: FREE EVENT | Space is limited to 50 Bowers members. A confirmation email will be sent to participants prior to the event.
