SATURDAY | MAY 9 | 11AM-12PM
JOHN M. LEE COURT | FAMILY ART WORKSHOP

Children will explore early California (1768-1848) life during the mission and rancho era by creating a mixed media landscape using drawing, collage, and texture techniques

Children will draw a mission/ranch scene, then transform it into a 3D mixed media artwork by cutting, layering with foam squares, and adding textured materials. Younger students (4-7) optional may use pre-drawn templates to color, cut, and assemble, while older children will follow a step by step guided drawing. The final artwork will be mounted on cardstock to create a realistic landscape.

Ticketed Event: Members $10 | General $15 | *Suggested for children 4+ with adult supervision
